Jeanne Quigley has been involved in the food business for many years. A graduate of the College of Catering in Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin, she has worked as cookery demonstrator, restaurant manager, food consultant and advisor. She is a freelance journalist specialising in food, travel and lifestyle writing. She began her writing career with The Echo in Tallaght and contributed a cookery column for 12 years.
She has contributed to many national publications including The Good Food Guide, Georgina Campbell’s Guides, Food & Wine magazine, Woman’s Way and abroad. She is Secretary of the Irish Food Writers Guild.
